Estate Agent Sales Negotiator
An exciting position has become available for a full-time position as a Sales Negotiator to join a friendly team of property professionals. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to build on their experience, learning new skills whilst becoming part of a company owned by an Employee Ownership Trust.
Our clients are a leading independent estate agent, established over 35 years ago and are owned by an Employee Ownership Trust. They have a passion for property and providing an unrivalled service to their clients, specialising in sales, lettings and property management.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Building and maintaining relationships with both vendors and purchasers
2. Providing consistently high levels of service and communication
3. Overseeing sales progression
4. Knowing a client’s requirements to ensure efficient service
5. Arranging and accompanying viewings
6. Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating sales
7. Assisting and mentoring team members
Role Requirements:
1. Passionate about providing a superb, professional and friendly service
2. Proactive and a positive can-do attitude
3. Possess the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
4. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
5. Good IT skills
6. Smart and presentable
7. Full UK driving license
8. Have the right to work in the UK
Remuneration:
1. £22,500- Basic Salary, commensurate with experience
2. Share of Office Commission
3. Future Profit Share
4. £25,000+ On Target Earnings, commensurate and rising with performance
