Job Description
Legal and General Retail’s Customer Value Analytics team is looking to hire an Analyst to support in delivering excellence in testing and optimisation focussed analytics to internal customers across the Retail Business.
The role will see you leading and delivering detailed investigations into the value creation journey, presenting actionable analytical conclusions and recommendations to key stakeholders in the Marketing, Optimisation, Transformation and Contact Centre Teams.
What you'll be doing:
1. To deliver fine-tuned insights through the effective capture of requirements from internal customers; use of strong data extraction/manipulation & analysis to deliver conclusions back to stakeholders.
2. Work with local teams to build strong relationships to aid the delivery of the Transformation, Optimisation and Marketing roadmaps through coherent test plans and results.
3. Use established statistical test methodologies to ensure all activity is measured in a robust and consistent way; and that results are understood by decision makers.
4. Build and publish automated dashboards and visualisations in PowerBI/Tableau to support the testing and transformation programmes and fully support trading and planning cycles.
5. Support Retail team with modelled and predictive insight regarding customer behaviours assessing and increasing understanding of value drivers, provide a key input to help achieve commercial improvement targets.
6. Ensure that all data is stored in a compliant manner with L&G’s data storage policy and that any data transferred is in a secure manner in accordance with L&G’s policy and the data protection act.
7. Ensure all recommendations and insight are adhering to L&G’s Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) policy.
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
1. Experience in Python, SQL or similar.
2. Experience of data manipulation and commercial value modelling.
3. Experience of leveraging statistical methodologies.
4. Experience of statistical model building and shaping appropriate performance reporting capability for on/offline environments would be beneficial.
5. Experienced and comfortable working under deadlines.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
7. Additional experience in data manipulation software e.g. Alteryx, Microsoft PowerBI would be beneficial.
8. Proven ability to tell a story through data, communicating technical content to non-technical audiences.
