As a Laundry Room Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating and supervising all laundry processes to ensure that guest linens, uniforms, and hotel textiles are cleaned, handled, and delivered to the highest standard. You'll play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the laundry team and ensuring top-quality service for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day laundry operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
* Supervise, train, and support the laundry team, maintaining high performance.
* Ensure all hotel linens, towels, and uniforms are cleaned and presented to brand standards.
* Monitor equipment functionality, reporting any maintenance needs.
* Maintain inventory and stock levels, ensuring supplies are managed effectively.
* Uphold health & safety and hygiene standards at all times.
* Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to meet operational needs.
* Ensure a smooth workflow and timely deliveries for both guest and staff laundry services.
Salary: £29,994 + service charge
