Salt have partnered with a revolutionary supplement business in the wellness industry. They are at the beginning of their journey and need a Social Media Manager to help bring the brand to life across the UK and US. You’ll be accountable for building out, and implementing a social strategy across multiple channels including Instagram and TikTok.
The Role:
· Develop a creative social media strategy that builds out brand presence and engagement across Instagram and TikTok.
· Plan and produce on brand content that is eye-catching and engaging.
· Ensure content is of high quality and within brand tone of voice.
· Grow and engage with community, creating buzz and excitement around new products.
· Use social listening and analytics tools to report of success of posts. Use findings to inform future decision making.
· Keep on top of trends within the wellness industry and use them to gain traction to socials.
· Create influencer and content creator program, pinpointing relevant partnerships that align with brand.
The Person:
· At least 4 years experience working on DTC brand, ideally a founder led business.
· Proven ability to grow social media channels, engagement and build community.
· Come with a creative vision of how the brand should look and feel across digital channels.
· Excellent content creation skills across stills, video and copy.
· Passion for wellness/lifestyle industries
· Keen to work in a small but growing business.
· Must have a portfolio of content creation work.
