Sales Support Administrator

Hours - Monday to Friday 35 hrs pw

Our client is a well-established company that offers a range of innovative technology and data services to support their customers in better understanding their business and thriving in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
They are now recruiting a Sales Support Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a small team providing excellent, consistent, and professional levels of service to customers and all aspects of the business.
What you will be doing ...
1. Liaising with wholesalers for setting up customers on electronic ordering.
2. Liaising with wholesaler sales personnel and customers regarding new installations and additional requirements.
3. Liaising with engineers, wholesalers, and customers to agree on installation dates.
4. Liaising with Hardware regarding equipment orders.
5. Generating invoices for equipment sales and new installations.
6. Using direct debit software.
7. Using payment software to take card payments and add payments into our database.
8. Providing assistance with data input where necessary.
9. Assisting and supporting the sales team with leads.
10. Updating CRM on a daily basis regarding sales leads, logging every conversation and action including updating the sales team.
11. Weekly CRM reporting to Manager.
12. Liaising and assisting Customer Services on fuel integration sign-up.
13. Advising customer enquiries on partner services and additional equipment, liaising with Customer Service and Hardware.
14. Upselling equipment to existing customers.
15. Responding to marketing campaigns with outbound sales calls.
16. Conducting online demo training.

1. You have strong educational qualifications.
2. You have a proven track record in customer service and administration.
3. You are a motivated, outgoing, organized individual with a structured, reliable approach to both resolving issues and developing solutions.
4. You are a confident and clear communicator.
5. You have a strong work ethic and are able to work on your own initiative.
6. You are an open and honest person, comfortable working as part of a team and contributing confidently to discussions relating to tasks and projects.
7. You possess good listening and problem-solving skills, being a logical thinker with the ability to communicate at all levels.
8. You understand the Principles of Accounts (Finance).
