About the Role: C&I Sales Manager
As C&I Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships across multiple regions in Australia & New Zealand. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall sales growth in the region. Your role will involve a mix of strategic account management and proactive business development to expand our market presence.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research and analysis to understand the latest trends, competitors, and customer demands in the energy storage market.
* Develop sales strategies and plans based on market research results, including prospecting, expansion, and follow-up of potential customers. Initiate and maintain contact and communication with potential customers, establish and maintain good customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide solutions.
* Prepare the business plan for the region, including sales plan and budget plan to keep revenue growth and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Develop key customers and partners with strategy, maintain relationships with key customers, and produce business performance reports and sales target achievement plans on a monthly basis to the regional manager.
* Manage C&I key accounts, formulating and executing sales strategies tailored to these clients to ensure long-term business partnerships and growth. By deeply understanding client needs, provide customized solutions to drive sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate internal resources, including technology, marketing, and customer service teams. Participate in sales negotiations and contract signing processes to ensure sales targets are achieved.
* Report market dynamics, sales progress, and customer feedback to upper management, and participate in the development of sales plans and budgets.
Requirements:
* Over 5 years of sales experience in the solar PV and energy-related field, with in-depth knowledge of the residential and C&I energy storage market in Australia.
* Strong channel relationships, with the ability to effectively identify potential customers and establish cooperative relationships.
* Excellent sales skills, including customer prospecting, negotiation, and contract signing. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with internal and external teams to achieve sales targets.
* Market analysis and planning skills, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies and plans based on market conditions.
* Technical knowledge and business understanding of the energy storage, solar PV, and energy industry.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese language is preferred.
