We are looking for an Account Manager to deliver first-class client service across the portfolio of services offered by a highly reputable printing company.
The role involves dealing with new and existing clients and enquiries, preparing quotes alongside colleagues and following these up once sent. On approval of quotes you will liaise between the various departments and client, handling any queries as the project progresses.

Primary Accountabilities
* To manage a portfolio of client accounts, delivering first class client service. This includes, but is not limited to:
o Taking client briefs across all products and services.
o Providing creative advice and guidance to clients.
o Estimating work accurately using Tharstern MIS and other systems as required.
o Following up estimates and quotations.
o Negotiating prices and schedules with the Client.
o Creating accurate Works Orders.
o Ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
o Arranging and attending Client Review meetings.
o Keeping client abreast of the latest capabilities and services offered.
* To represent the company at networking events and the like.
* To constantly ensure a significant knowledge of all areas of the business and to undertake training etc. when required.
* To work with all departments to ensure that delivery deadlines and other schedules are met.
* To assist in the Estimating and Order Processing of jobs from outside your client portfolio.
* To keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in our areas of service provision.
* To provide absence cover as required for other members of the team.
