You will be supported by a dynamic band 7 Manager, and experienced energetic band 6 Deputy Managers. At this time, we are looking for individuals with acute NHS hospital or hospital-based clinic experience, with a strong desire to enhance and develop their leadership and management skills. We can accommodate full or part time working. Shift patterns are predominantly between 8am and 7pm with some evening and weekend working. It is possible in the future that, in order to meet the needs of our community, the volume of weekend and evening work may increase and clinics may be held in locations off the main Stepping Hill Hospital site; the need for flexibility is therefore a requirement of this role. If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £45.50. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £16.
