Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound purchases, including planning, replenishment, and linking to sales plans.
2. Develop and implement strategies for seasonal and bulk stock purchases.
3. Lead a small team while fostering growth and talent development.
4. Optimise stock management, reduce dead stock, and maintain strong cash flow.
5. Collaborate with buying groups to secure advantageous deals.
