EXCITING FULL TIME, PERMANENT NURSERY ROOM LEADER POSITIONS Premier Education are seeking two dedicated, passionate and experienced Room Leaders to oversee the daily operations of a wonderful nursery located in the beautiful, rural countryside close to Knutsford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and have experience working with children. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and fostering a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development. Full time 40 hours with a half hour unpaid lunch break each day Possible shifts: either 7.30 – 6 four days a week or five 8 hour days i.e. 8.30 – 5. To note there is no public transport to the nursery so driving is required Both roles can start as soon as possible Role requirements: Minimum Level 3 qualification Experience of being a room supervisor already A genuine passion for childcare and early childhood education. Role expectations: Manage the daily activities within the room, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all children. Supervise and support staff in their roles, providing guidance and training as necessary. Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that cater to the needs of each child. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise. Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as nursery policies. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Drive initiatives that promote inclusivity and diversity within the nursery setting.
