So, how will you contribute to our mission?
* Providing technical support across Bank of us systems and applications.
* Identifying and coordinating resolutions of application and system issues.
* Coordinating and overseeing testing of new applications and application changes, including documentation.
* Promoting and role modelling ITIL best practices within Bank of us including Level 2 & 3 Service Desk Support, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
We are looking for someone who Lives it, Loves it and Owns it in-line with our organisational values and behaviours. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in application support, strong technical, analytical and communications skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with banking applications and financial systems is a plus too.

For the role of Application Services Analyst, we are offering a competitive base salary (to be negotiated with the preferred candidate commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience), plus 11.5% superannuation. In addition to this, you will also have the potential to earn up to a 5% bonus!
