What We're Looking For
Our Leadership & Governance Support Team is looking for an experienced Coordinator to:
1. Provide diary, administrative and office-based support to our Senior Leadership Team.
2. Project manage exciting internal projects.
3. Support our Governance processes through support of our Subcommittees.
You’ll have:
* Previous experience of diary management and scheduling meetings.
* A keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* The ability to work independently as well as in a team.
The position is predominantly office based, working our office hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but will allow a percentage of hybrid working subject to our hybrid working policy and line manager agreement. This role may also require applicants to work some evenings to support board and committee meetings.
