GovData Ltd are a fast-growing Procurement Specialist supporting ambitious SMEs’ growth strategies, by assisting them onto Government Frameworks in order to win public sector business opportunities. We are the world’s leading experts in the business of Government and the public sector.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator with proven track record to join our growing team. Our business is all about our people and it’s crucial that we attract and retain the right talent. Working closely with the HR and Marketing teams you will lead a recruitment drive to recruit and develop a people pipeline at all levels. This position is based in Warrington, commutable from Manchester, Liverpool, St Helens, Widnes, Wigan, Leigh and Lymm.
As a Recruitment coordinator you will be a successful recruitment professional who understands our business culture, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible, highly organised and tenacious. Acting as a strong ambassador for the company you’ll source candidates directly as well as working with our recruitment suppliers. You will use a wide range of recruitment techniques including search, headhunt and attending various networking events and work in partnership with business leaders to research and design a consistent recruitment procedure.
Recruitment Coordinator responsibilities will include:
* Develop and manage full lifecycle recruitment services including filtering and shortlisting CVs and applications, arranging interviews, preparing offer letters, issuing comprehensive candidate feedback and creating an excellent candidate experience.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles.
* Assist in onboarding, induction and managing the new starter process.
* Develop innovative ways to attract and retain employees.
* Train our business managers in best practice recruitment & selection.
* Work in close partnership with our Marketing & Communications team to develop a compelling employer value proposition.
* Build excellent relationships with external recruitment agency partners.
* Champion best practice and provide sound advice to business leaders on recruitment best practice.
* Build and manage candidate pipelines through a number of channels including social media, job boards, recruitment partners, networking events and through employee referrals.
* Streamline resourcing processes with a focus on the candidate experience.
* Analyse management information to develop areas of focus i.e. recruitment analytics including time to hire ratios, interview to placement ratios, cost of hire etc.
* Act as point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters.
* Develop and deliver consistent brand and attraction methods and communication materials.
* Maintain and organise databases with candidates’ data.
Requirements
* Proven track record in an internal recruitment role.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work and absorb pressure, whilst maintaining a professional approach.
* Work to strict deadlines with excellent time management skills.
* Over 2 years’ experience in recruitment.
* Discretion, confidentiality and resilience.
* Salary of up to £27,000.
