Job summary An exciting opportunity to join the Nursing Directorate and lead and deliver a range of projects whilst working collaboratively with information services. Initially starting with the Health Board roll out of team accreditation, the post holder will provide resource and analytical information to enable service planning and service improvement. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, driven individual who is able to use creative data manipulation of routine data sources to support problem identification and provide situational analysis and who will oversee and support the day to day progress of agreed projects, reports and programmes. Development of Health Board dynamic dashboards from data collected via audits is a key element of the role. Main duties of the job Working within the Nursing Directorate to both lead and deliver a range of projects whilst working collaboratively withinformation services. This includes the analysis required for service improvement for Health Board roll out of teamaccreditation. Provide resource and analytical information to enable service planning and service improvement within operational teams Provide co-ordination and leadership for operational data analysis and production of resources for corporate and operational teams Drive this use of data over time to identify, deliver and monitor performance improvement. Using creative data manipulation of routine data sources to support problem identification and provide situational analysis To oversee and support the day to day progress of agreed projects, reports and programmes.
