About this opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Cumberland Occupational Therapy team based at West Cumbria House, Workington. This role is within the occupational therapy long-term team and involves supporting adults aged 18+ living in the community with care and support needs, including supporting their informal and formal carers as necessary. You will collaborate with a diverse range of health, social care, and third sector organisations across the Cumberland footprint.
You will be responsible for completing holistic assessments, support planning, and reviews in accordance with the Care Act, taking a strengths-based approach that promotes individuals’ independence and well-being.

We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified Occupational Therapists as well as those who will gain HCPC registration within the next 3 months. All newly qualified occupational therapists will be supported through our preceptorship program.
