As part of the prestigious Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, we provide specialist travel health services, helping clients prepare for journeys worldwide. Responsibilities Key elements of the role include: Receptionist Setting up the reception area and till ready for the clinic. Greeting patients and booking appointments. Dealing with transactions and taking payment. Using the Patient Administration System for patient and clinician management. Handling card transactions for travel clinic and retail purchases. Retail Sales Maintaining retail displays and ensuring accurate information is displayed. Identifying and reordering stock; actively promoting retail opportunities. General office duties Serving as point of contact for clients. Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and printing. Covering clerical tasks when necessary. Candidate Requirements Educated to GCSE or equivalent. Experience in administration within a healthcare setting and dealing with clients and patients. Experience using patient administration systems, including data entry and analysis. Understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection.
