We therefore operate emergency response within a fast paced and dynamic environment. What does it entail? This person will be responsible for job scheduling and operational coordination for the Seal team. This team involves high standards of service delivery and customer relations and also supports with SLA compliance, resource management and team performance. Some of your key responsibilities include (but not limited to): Customer and Engineer Support : Answer incoming calls and manage email inquiries, logging jobs, scheduling services, and handling customer inquiries. Manage communication with engineers and oversee their schedules, holidays, and sickness. Portal and System Management : Maintain customer. Oversee Connect portal access for customers and ensure accurate documentation of stock usage, correct pricing, and job notes. Logistics and Scheduling : Schedule jobs at least a week in advance, manage daily schedule adjustments, and handle site access permits, travel bookings, and credit card expenditure tracking. Order and Inventory Management : Raise and receipt purchase orders in Netsuite, coordinate with suppliers, monitor stock levels, and ensure all necessary materials are available for scheduled jobs, including seal orders. SLA Compliance and Continuous Improvement : Track and report SLA compliance for key customers, escalating issues and reporting compliance metrics to the Head of Operations monthly. Identify process improvements based on customer and engineer feedback, implement operational enhancements, and report persistent issues to Head of Operations. Delivery & Sales Team Alignment : Constant collaboration with Sales team to ensure operational team is kept up to date on sales driven changes that will impact seal resource and Team management. Reporting and Payroll Management : Prepare weekly reports, approve expenses and holidays, attend customer meetings, and manage payroll entries, including tracking working days, sickness, and overtime. Resource and Team Management : Manage resource allocation to meet job requirements and maintain margins. Discuss with Head of Operations changes necessary to meet operational goals i.e. hire additional engineers to ensure resources align with service demands. What do we look for?
