About the Role As a Learner Engagement Officer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the educational journey of our apprentices. You don’t need prior experience in education or the fire and security sector—what matters most is your ability to connect with people and communicate effectively. Key Responsibilities: Support Learners: Be the first point of contact for our apprentices and their employers, providing updates on learning progress and offering guidance. Quality Assurance: Drive the overall quality of education by holding regular progress meetings and identifying areas for improvement. Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities for early interventions and assist learners who may need additional support. Collaboration: Work closely with sector specialists to contextualise feedback and promote the apprenticeship requirements. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates who possess the following qualities: Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, enabling you to engage effectively with apprentices and employers. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage your workload independently and prioritise tasks efficiently. Proactive Attitude: A flexible approach to work and the initiative to drive learner success. Time Management: Strong ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality in your work.
