Responsibilities
* Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
* Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
* Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
* Maintain accurate records and update the property management system.
* Assist guests with information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions.
* Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed.
* Process payments, issue invoices, and handle cash or credit card transactions securely.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requirements.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS).
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high-pressure situations.
* A professional and friendly demeanor with attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
Preferred Skills
* Fluency in multiple languages.
* Knowledge of local attractions.
Compensation
$11 - $14 hourly
