We are looking for an outgoing, confident and organised individual to join our energetic team as a Senior Lettings Negotiator. You’ll be a senior member of the lettings team, leading by example and trailblazing success whilst guiding our customers through their journey in finding a new home. If you are process driven, proactive and take pride in building and maintaining strong client relationships you’ll be perfect for this role. You’ll be:
Receiving and managing applicant enquiries
Matching applicants to the right properties
Booking viewings and organising the diary for our team of viewing agents
Utilising software and tools to generate more interest in our properties
Tracking property performance, providing feedback to landlords
Negotiating deals between applicants and landlords
Identifying opportunities and driving forward team ideas
Implementing strategies to maximise efficiencies
Tracking and analysing lettings team performance, conversion rates and KPIs.
Helping train new members of the team and coach them to reach their potential.

Salary: £29K + commission/bonuses
Hours:
Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10:00am - 4:00pm
