We’re proud to announce that we’re running our Summer Internship Programme again this year. This is a great opportunity to gain some hands on, paid work experience in our Telephone Mortgage Customer Service team. This is a telephone based role and after our supportive training you’ll be taking calls from our customers around their mortgage. If you complete the programme in our Binley, Coventry office, you’ll be involved in: Providing good customer service over the telephone Handling simple customer queries Gathering accurate information to update records Learning about mortgages How will you develop? We want you to get the most out of your internship and will provide you with enough training so you have the knowledge and skills to succeed in your role. Your first week will involve you learning all about Coventry Building Society, our processes and how we work. You’ll then put your knowledge in to practice with the support of a buddy who will be on hand to answer any questions along the way. Your manager will also provide you with regular feedback and support to ensure you’re getting the most out of your programme. Our Internship Programmes will start on the 21st or 22nd July to the 29th of August working full time Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity to understand how we work and some of our interns have gone on to secure part time Saturday roles to fit around their study at the end of the programme.
