What does the role involve?
1. New Business Development - building relationships, winning new clients, and growing your own desk.
2. Resourcing & Candidate Management - finding, engaging, and placing top talent in roles that fit.
3. Full ownership of your desk - no restrictions within Engineering, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, so you're free to recruit where the best opportunities are.
4. Autonomy & Accountability - no pointless KPIs or micro-management, just the freedom to work how you work best.
Who we're looking for:
1. An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who knows how to run their own desk.
2. Someone who thrives with freedom and autonomy - no hand-holding here.
3. A confident business developer - someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, because the best relationships (and the best new business opportunities) come from real conversations.
4. Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain recruitment is a plus, but not essential.
5. Experience recruiting into the USA or a desire to break into that market - we can offer you that opportunity.
6. Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, down-to-earth team.
