We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Building Maintenance Team as a Painter / Decorator. Your role: The post holder will work within the Council’s housing maintenance team delivering excellent services to tenants of the council. The role will be required to undertake a wide range of internal and external painting and decorating maintenance and repair tasks including coving, Artexing, wallpapering and the application of various paint systems all to manufactures instructions/specifications, to a good acceptable standard. What you will need: The candidate will have a good knowledge and understanding of health and safety along with knowledge and experience in all domestic painting and decorating requirements. The candidate will be competent in all areas of domestic painting and decorating and the ability to complete, interpret and process administration.
