Working with the team, you will help create a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping and working environment, providing a presence to protect and minimize stock loss in store.
As part of the store team, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, greeting, guiding, and advising them while remaining vigilant to potential risks to the store.
You will assist the store management in making the store a safe and secure place to work and shop. By working closely with the team, you will identify and communicate risks, complete safety and security checks, report information, and act as a deterrent on the shop floor.
You will ensure company policies and standards around the front of the store are adhered to at all times, sign visitors in, and keep products full and merchandised.
About you:
* Previous experience working in a retail environment is preferred.
* Committed to working as part of the store team.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Confident communicator capable of building strong relationships with team members, visitors, and customers.
