Create, send, and follow up on quotes. Conduct proactive outbound calls to promote products. Assist customers with stock availability, lead times, and orders. Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Handle inbound calls, resolve customer complaints, and process returns or warranty requests. Skills Required: Proficiency in IT and CRM systems, with experience in Salesforce preferred. Customer-focused, highly organised, and commercially aware. Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Due to location, you will need to have your own transport.
