What will you be doing in this role?
1. Support global and regional stakeholders to build and deploy recruitment attraction strategies aligned with our employer value proposition (EVP)
2. Create interesting and attractive adverts to SELL our job opportunities both internally & externally
3. Engage with hiring managers to clarify the scope of the role, develop a role profile, and build a candidate specification
4. Complete full 360 degree recruitment processes – stakeholder meeting, advert creation, screening cvs, setting up interviews, sometimes participating in interviews and working through the offer process with candidates – using ORACLE
5. Provide analytics and insights that help us shape future campaigns
6. Your remit will be focused on all roles in Porto – our Shared Service Centre, along with additional global positions in Finance, Procurement and Engineering.
Experience and values you will have that will set you up for success in this role:
7. Proven experience in Talent Acquisition recruiting for a shared services environment – recruiting full 360 degrees from advert to offer
8. Self motivation to cover up to 25 roles at a time, this requires an outcome focus, high prioritization and smart working to be as efficient as possible
9. An authentic interest in Talent Acquisition, how we can weave Diversity and Inclusion elements into our process and an ability to role model in the processes that you lead
10. Business English language skills with the ability to create interesting advertisements and LinkedIn posts to promote our EVP to the market whenever possible
11. High focus on customers – our customers are our stakeholders and our candidates – the way in which we communicate with them is the key to our success
