The Role:
1. Monthly Payroll processing
2. Purchasing ledger maintenance - processing invoices against purchase orders and nominal codes
3. Timesheet allocation
4. Training Coordination
5. Assist in maintaining registers and documentation for accreditation's
6. Dealing with customer and supplier queries
7. Fielding calls
8. Monitor inbound emails and queries
Skills Required:
1. Attention to detail
2. A team player but also has the initiative to work on your own
3. Ability to prioritise their workload alongside the Financial Controller
4. Computer literate
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills
