Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a short term temporary basis for approximately 4 weeks. The ideal candidate will be fluent in the Welsh and English language (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills. This is a part time opportunity working 18.5 hours per week. The working pattern will be Monday 10am to 3pm and Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 2:30pm. The successful candidate will be working within the customer contact centre receiving and responding to telephone, email and face-to-face enquires in relation to the services that the company provide.
