About the role. This is a great opportunity for an inspirational leader to join us as our next Contract Performance Manager and work closely with the Wales Operational Teams and support the production, review, maintenance and implementation of operational and customer journey business processes. This will include contract management, such as profiling Welsh Government contract values, ensuring 100% of contract drawdown is achieved, and developing working practices to ensure high quality and compliance standards. You must have experience of designing and documenting either Employability or Skills Operational delivery processes along with demonstrable experience of working in a rapidly changing environment. You will need an understanding of Welsh Government Finance systems along with auditing knowledge. You will need excellent relationship building skills, a high level of attention to detail along with the ability to identify areas for improvement, create new ideas and evaluate performance.
