About the Role:

The Director of Technical Program Management leads critical line(s) of business within our silicon business group, which is responsible for silicon foundry business across all end customers. The leader will be responsible for managing change control across technology & design platform definition, program management of the execution and building effective tracking mechanisms and checks/balances for work execution across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program management of the 14A platform development across the various swim lanes in logic technology development, design platform team, eco-system enablement, factory, etc.
2. Tracking and enabling achievement of goals relative to the planned spec, cost, schedule.
3. Providing clear status updates to execs.
4. Escalating issues when help is needed.
5. Preventing disconnects/miscommunications regarding what is POR.
6. Clearly establishing and documenting POR & ownership of Actions/Tasks/Workstreams.
7. Holding stakeholders accountable to deliver.
8. Identifying risks and mitigation plans/backup plans.
9. Predicting challenges before they happen, anticipating weaknesses / teams who are falling behind or where quality may suffer if proper support is not provided.
10. Manage change requests through structured change control process.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of silicon technology, semiconductor manufacturing processes, and the specific needs of foundry customers.
Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, and geographically distributed teams.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships, navigate high-stakes situations, and deliver results that exceed expectations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, executives, and technical teams.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on achieving long-term objectives.
Collaborative leadership style, fostering teamwork and cross-functional alignment.
High resilience and adaptability in navigating challenging and fast-paced environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) and MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a significant portion of that time in both technical and customer-facing roles.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $214,880.00-$303,360.00.
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
