Publicis One is our "Power of One" solution for LEGO, a custom-built team created with one purpose in mind - to be LEGO's partner in unlocking transformative growth in the evolving play landscape. We'll build upon LEGO's legacy as a kids' playmate, evolving to become a leading playmaker in entertainment. Responsibilities Lego Brand Retail is a vertical that is full of innovation and the fast-changing platform landscape makes this an incredibly exciting area to be working in. This role will help lead this vertical within LEGO deliver against their ambitious D2C goals by navigating the complexity presented by this change, by providing incredible consumer experiences. You will be involved in leading the planning and cross-channel implementation strategies across platforms for the LEGO business as well as "raising the ceiling" on their D2C strategies, with a specific focus on inputting into and and implementing wider strategic projects such digital effectiveness, innovation and maturity projects (e.g. cookieless, DCO, 1 st Party data). In addition to this we are increasingly required to offer a strategic Media POV on all media channels, so this role also offers an opportunity for someone who is looking to gain a holistic understanding of all media channels. Our Performance media team focuses on these key pillars: - Leading Strategy and Acceleration for Lego Brand Retail - Directing the media planning, activation & measurement driving to their D2C (excludes on-site retailers) - Content mapping and creative requirements Qualifications What are we looking for? - Strong communication skills and strategically focused, with the ability to distill complex media planning concepts into simple-to-understand terms for clients with a specific understanding of the digital landscape as this is the primary route to market for Lego Brand Retail. - Exemplary time management skills, able to prioritize and work well under pressure - Analytical, with a focus on driving commercial return and identifying opportunities in data from a variety of sources - Someone who can excel in a fast-paced, multi-client environment requiring a blend of technical, analytical and commercial knowledge. Comfortable with ambiguity and excellent at problem-solving. - Be hungry to learn new things, explore new topics and share with a wider audience. - Not be afraid to take ownership for projects.
