A highly successful and growing business based in Birmingham are looking for a Partnerships & Business Development Manager to join the team.
This role would suit an experienced Business Development Manager with 5+ years’ experience selling into the healthcare or public sector, mid and large cap enterprise experience is required.
As the Partnerships & Business Development Manager you will be leading the sales drive, you will be targeting and educating new customers to see the benefits of the businesses’ services through clear sales funnels. You will create partnership opportunities and explore and uncover the business needs of key clients.
As the Partnerships & Business Development Manager you will have expertise in selling solutions into the healthcare sector and will have a consultative sales approach. You will develop, maintain and rebuild relationships with lapsed, lost and new customers and will analyse sales data to understand client needs, pain points and opportunities for business development. You will prepare proposals and support the bid team in tendering for new opportunities and build and manage the sales pipeline and ensure all pipeline activity is documented and kept up to date. You will also represent the business at trade shows, networking events and exhibitions to generate leads and identify and develop partnerships for our services and technologies with targeted opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling Saas products and will have working knowledge of using HubSpot Sales or a similar CRM. You will have proven sales experience, an excellent record of achieving targets and winning clients. You will be self-driven, results orientated with initiative to sport and seek out new opportunities.
The salary on offer is £65,000 per annum plus uncapped commission plus benefits package
