About the role
As a Digital Asset Officer, you will collaborate with our client’s in-house Creative Studio team supporting their Digital Asset Management activities. You will be responsible to manage brand assets, images, design and videos.

Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
The must haves:
* Experience in working on DAM team or equivalent
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in working with metadata standards and metadata manipulation
* Exceptional digital assets organisational skills: consistency, eye to detail and rigour.
Key responsibilities
* Carry out uploads and cataloguing activities in the DAM as directed by the Digital Asset Manager.
* Advocate for best practices on digital asset management always.
* Respond to general images enquiries promptly, professionally and going that extra mile when necessary.
* Update relevant and associated ticket and tasks on Adobe Workfront and team email inbox.
* Upload images to the DAM following in-house protocols.
* Clean and consolidate metadata in DAM if required under Digital Asset Manager guidance.
* Maintain assets and metadata quality as set out by the team.
* Source images from approved stock photo and upload them into the DAM.
* Liaise with DAM users to advise on assets availability and usage rights if required.
* Onboard new DAM users (Read Only users).
* Support the Creative Team to created and enhance onboarding resources.
* Proactively report on DAM issues.

* A day rate, in-scope IR35, £300-350 per day (Inside IR35)
* This role provides a remote working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Waterside twice-thrice per week.
