We would love to hear from primary teachers who are interested in joining us as a supply teacher, whether that is working day to day or short-term. Supply teaching would suit both newly qualified and experienced teachers. It also enables teacher to choose the hours and days that they want to work. As a Supply Teacher at our school, you will be responsible for delivering lessons across various subjects and year groups in the absence of regular teaching staff. You will be expected to maintain high standards of classroom management, create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and ensure that students stay on task and continue to make progress in their studies. Responsibilities: Teach lessons in accordance with the curriculum set by the school. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive, productive environment. Provide constructive feedback to students and staff. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. Assist with marking and administrative tasks when required. Maintain professional relationships with both staff and students. Requirements: A qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent is preferred. Experience in teaching in a school environment, ideally in secondary education. Strong classroom management skills. Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings.
