We are looking for a temporary administration assistant.
Start Early May 2025
Working with the conference and banqueting team with our client based in central Cambridge, duties will include (but not limited to)
Maintaining accurate details of bookings on a shared calendar
Processing client booking information to produce function sheets and information required by staff to meet the needs of the client for their event where required
Confirming final numbers and dietary information from clients for their events and making necessary adjustments to the bookings
Producing menu cards, table plans and signage for events
Handling online submissions from members of staff who wish to book guest rooms, supervision rooms and meeting rooms
Producing weekly sales figures, showing attendance for students and fellows and other analysis where required
Producing daily display menus for servery meals
Processing dining requests on internal purchase system and making amendments where necessary
