We're looking for an Office Manager to join our Construction team, based at our HMP Channings Wood Prison site in Newton Abbot.
Location: Newton Abbot, South Devon
Hours: Permanent, Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
Do you enjoy managing a great team of individuals? As Office Manager, you'll be working within the HMP Channings Wood team, responsible for the implementation of the project administration procedures and co-ordinating the duties of the Project Administration team. You will be managing the day to day running of the project office, facilities & support services.
Your day to day will include:
* Implementing and maintaining the general welfare of the site offices and administrative systems,
* Offering guidance and assistance to the security administrator,
* Liaising with Group IT and ordering IT equipment for new starters and existing staff,
* Managing the delivery of office inductions for new joiners and ensuring DSE assessments are carried out,
* Organising meetings, team events and conferences, and booking transportation and accommodation,
* Preparing presentations and reports.

* Have worked within a similar position,
* Can demonstrate a good working knowledge of office procedures,
* Are able to provide examples of excellent communication skills, both oral and written,
* Have excellent IT skills, including with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
