Stephen James Consulting are partnering with one of their elderly care clients in search of a Nursing Home Manager based in Lincolnshire.
The home is designed to deliver high-quality nursing and residential care for older people. This large home offers a warm, spacious, and cheerful environment for elderly residents, benefiting from an inviting and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place for the elderly.
You will be responsible for:
1. Managing, developing, and evaluating all aspects of service provision in the home, ensuring adherence to policy guidelines, relevant legislation, organisational policies, procedures, and codes of practice.
2. Leading and managing a large team, with a focus on effective leadership for staff and relatives.
3. Supervising staff to maximize their potential through leadership, coaching, support, and guidance.
4. Establishing and maintaining an atmosphere and practice of care based on the values of the provider, emphasizing individual concern and mutual respect between residents and staff.
To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience:
1. At least 4 years' experience in a managerial role within nursing and residential care.
2. Nurse qualification with current PIN.
3. Relevant qualifications, e.g., NVQ Level 5 Management.
4. Excellent leadership skills with a coaching and mentoring approach.
The role of Registered Home Manager offers a salary of £75,000 - £78,000, along with an excellent benefits package and achievable bonuses, with the salary range dependent on candidate experience.
