The post holder will work as a double up team within the Associated Services Team, which is part of Fife Health and Social Care Partnership. The role will include work to a home care rota at night assisting vulnerable service users within their own homes, also responding to Community Alarm/Telecare activations and assisting vulnerable service users within their own homes, with care at home tasks working with Health and Social Care Partnership colleagues and colleagues within partnership agencies. The Person You are required to have a current driving licence, (you will drive Council vehicles). SVQ 2 in Health and Social care or willing to work towards. Previous Care at Home experience or awareness of the National Care Standards. As this role requires SSSC registration, the successful applicant will have three months to apply for registration.
