The Opportunity
Due to continued expansion of the firm and an ongoing influx of work, a Court of Protection Lawyer is required to advise individuals, families, carers, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals on a broad range of issues related to catastrophic personal injury cases, including those involving serious brain injuries with high-value compensation awards.

The Requirements
1. Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ experience
2. Detailed knowledge of Court of Protection matters
3. Knowledge of Deprivation of Liberty matters
4. Excellent attention to detail
5. Self-motivated and reliable
