JIG UK Ltd are looking to employ a Customer Service Administrator, full-time in our offices near Grantham, NG32 3HL.
We are a dynamic small company with a great working culture. This position is integral to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring administrative procedures are maintained.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience, be a confident communicator (phone, email, and written), proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and a team player, with reliable transport due to the out-of-town location. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, or in manufacturing would be a bonus.
