Working Supervisor – Electrical Bias Location: Victoria Salary: £52,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Benefits: 25 days holiday, Private Healthcare, Pension Scheme, Training and progression Job Description: We are a leading recruitment agency seeking an experienced and highly skilled Working Supervisor with an electrical bias for a prestigious commercial/corporate site in Victoria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team and a strong understanding of maintenance and compliance processes within a facilities management context. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee a dedicated team of 2 engineers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Manage and delegate reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring all electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards. Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards. Work closely with the team to understand and implement company procedures and processes effectively. Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or Lead role. Strong client-facing skills; the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients is essential. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and compliance requirements. Must hold 17th or 18th Edition Electrical and Level 3 Electrical Installation qualifications. A methodical approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail. Commercial building services experience is essential.
