Case Manager / Administrator needed in Totnes, £13.69ph PAYE – Reference: 5250095
Responsibilities:
1. Run associated weekly/daily reports and input data onto the relevant parking statistics spreadsheet.
2. Manage the Do-Not-Reply Parking inbox, including forwarding and archiving reports.
3. Answer general enquiries.
4. Respond to first-stage challenges.
5. Download and send all letters to the Post Room for dispatch daily.
