Responsibilities:
* Provide support to students exhibiting challenging behaviour within an educational setting
* Implement behaviour management strategies to promote a positive learning environment
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individual behaviour plans
* Monitor and record student behaviour, progress, and interventions
* Communicate effectively with parents and external agencies as needed
Minimum Requirements:
* Educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent
* Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural challenges
* Understanding of behaviour management techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Qualifications:
* Additional training in behaviour management or related field
* Experience in an educational setting
