Job Description
1. Providing comprehensive support to the Procurement team.
2. Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, including the management of the team's invoices and supplier engagement.
3. Assisting in the preparation of procurement documents.
4. Liaising with suppliers, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
5. Undertaking administrative tasks related to procurement.
6. Assisting in the management of contracts and supplier relationships.
7. Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities.
8. Ensuring adherence to the company's procurement policies and procedures.
9. Contributing to the improvement of procurement processes within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Support Assistant should have:
