Customer Service Specialist
Weymouth, Massachusetts
9am-6pm (1hr lunch, flexible)
Responsibilities:
* Answering customers’ calls promptly and professionally with the result of striving to exceed their needs.
* Assist in placing orders primarily over the phone, but also via email and fax.
* Coordinate with internal departments to identify solutions and resolve customer problems to prevent recurrence.
* Provide clear, courteous communication with customers both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
* Must be detail-oriented and organized.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* College degree or equivalent job experience required.
* Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully in a team environment.
Compensation: $23-$25/hr
