Global Finance Manager Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Global Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure financial sustainability across their UK and overseas offices.
About the Role
As Global Finance Manager, you will lead financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. You will work closely with key stakeholders, such as the CEO, Country Directors, and Director of International Development, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all regions.
Responsibilities
• Lead the annual audit process
• Support and supervise finance staff in overseas offices
• Provide capacity-building support to improve financial management
• Contribute to long-term financial planning and strategic decision-making
Requirements
• Professional accounting qualification with significant experience in financial management
• Experience managing financial operations across multiple countries
• Experience with bookkeeping, particularly in small teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-cultural teams
• Strong knowledge of charity accounting, audit processes, and statutory requirements
• Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software
