Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Admin / Receptionist to support our accounting firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing high-quality office support.
What We Offer:
* Salary range between $65,000 - $70,000.
* Working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist accounting staff with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
* Maintain and organize client files, records, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with firm policies.
* Accurately enter and update client information, financial data, and other records into the firm's database and accounting software.
* Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, and newsletters.
* Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed, including research, data collection, and report preparation.
