Job Description Compensation and Benefits Specialist for Poland & Baltics Purpose of the role Support My Rewards Leadin providing Compensation & Benefits (C&B) tools for Poland and Baltics to enable Mondelez to attract, retain and motivate its employees with a competitive remuneration package. Coordinate C&B related HR processes/activities and provide professional C&B support to BU/CU/Country/Unit Line Managers and People Lead(s) to apply companies' C&B Policies, Practices and Guidelines in a consistent way. Main Responsibilities - Provides consulting support to the Company's employees and Line Managers, prepares information materials for employees on issues of compensation and benefits. Conduct Induction on C&B area for new hires and Line Managers. - Prepares analytical information and completing salary/benefit surveys data and questionnaires (Mercer, Hay, etc.). Afterwards provides the comparative analysis of the Company's practice and trends in the market in the area of benefits and salary range setting. - Coordinate annual Year End Review Cycle: verifying all the data in Workday; ensure all mistakes are corrected; test and check calculations in Workday including MIP and Merit Increase ; support all Line Managers with their questions during whole planning process etc. - Performs activities related to local benefit programs as required in his/her countries, coordinates changes to benefit enrolment during employment due to life events or another ad hoc individual request, performs benefits program changes: Runs ad hoc scenarios, provides findings to COE and implements - Pre-populates regional template for Salary Range Setting tool with Country employees data, statistics data and with data from respective salary surveys. Participate in finalizing draft of the salary structure, ensure uploading new salary ranges to Workday. - Contribute to a consistent job grading across the Region and all operating units as a part of Regional Job Evaluation Committee. Leading JE cases for particular area of responsibility, ensure that all materials are in line with the set procedure, communicates with Line Managers etc. - Conducting periodical variable Pay calculations due to internal policy and ad-hoc if needed (MIP and SIP) - payments, accruals, verifications, projections etc. - Perform individual salary reviews for employees by calculating recommended new salary for new hires, promotions, lateral moves based on the appropriate guidelines and approval matrix. - Participate in design and implement locally all the additional salary increases or one-off bonuses, payments due to different reasons (Off-Cycle Increases, PiR adjustments, devaluation of local currency etc.). - Support all restructuring projects and budgeting process from C&B side: provide all necessary LCR/FLC calculations, Severances etc. Provides People Lead(s) with necessary calculations of different scenarios etc. - Provide C&B support during R&R awards process. Requirements - Min. 2 years of experience in an HR role - ideally with exposure to C&B related topics - Ability to build good relationships - Good communicator and teamplayer - High customer-orientation - Good problem solving, priority setting and organizing skills - Able to work independently and remotely - Good MS Excel and analytical skills - Very good Polish and fluent English language skills Relocation Support Available?
