Job Description
* Provide comprehensive HR advice
* Manage employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinaries and absence management
* Coach, guide and upskill managers
* Stakeholder management
* Implement and review HR policies and procedures
* HR reporting/date, supporting with implementation of new HRIS
* Assist in the development and delivery of HR projects
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation
* Maintain confidential employee records
* Assist in the delivery of HR-related training
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* Ideally CIPD qualified
* Professional experience in a HR role within a fast paced environment working in a small HR team
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation
* A proven track record in managing employee relations
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in HR systems and databases
* High level of discretion and confidentiality
