Senior CRM Lifecyle Manager – Braze

A leading eCommerce Tech business that was founded in 2010 are looking for a Senior CRM Lifecycle Manager to join their growing Digital function. The company has doubled in size over recent years and have recently launched in new global markets.
You will be joining at an impressive stage of growth and will work with seriously impressive individuals who have recently joined the team.
You will be the subject matter expert on all things CRM & Braze and will own the roadmap for all lifecycle and triggered campaigns, identifying opportunities through data and insights.
Responsibilities
· Work with the Head of CRM to deliver strategic projects whilst managing 3rd party relationships
· Build a CRM strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and
customer-centric approach. This will include analysing our customer data to
build out a segmentation and lifecycle strategy.
· Support the wider CRM team, supporting them with the delivery of their projects
· Own the roadmap for lifecycle and triggered campaigns across the customer base
· Own Braze and drive technical capabilities through the team
· Execute a testing plan across trading, brand and automated email flows to optimise performance
Experience
· You will be an expert in CRM/ Retention/ Lifecycle marketing in a digital first, tech/ eCommerce background
· Strong Marketing Automation background, with knowledge of data schemas, automation strategies, personalisation tactics
· Experience using Braze is essential for this role
· Line management experience required
